Learn how to make reusable fabric bowl covers that brighten up your countertops with this quick, 3-step sewing project.
1. Lay the bowl on top of your chosen fabric and draw a circle around the rim, adding an extra 1 1/2" width so that there is enough fabric to completely cover the bowl. Cut out the circle using Amplify® Fabric Shears. These shears consistently make sharp and clean cuts, even after prolonged use.
2. Pin 1/4" wide elastic piece at the raw edge and pull it taut as you sew the elastic to the perimeter of the fabric with a zig zag stitch.
3. Fill your bowl with snacks and place the finished cover on top.
