1. Using a clear, bold font print large numbers on your printer and use as a template to cut out two shapes for each number from old cereal boxes. From the remaining cardstock, cut long, 1" wide strips.

2. Using tape to secure it in place, wrap the 1" wide strips of cardboard around the perimeter edge of one of the numbers.

3. Tape the second number on top to complete the 3 dimensional shape. Cut into the tape to help the cardboard ease around curves and to lay flat.

3. Cover the number with a 50/50 glue and water mix. Cut strips of old newspaper and cover the entire surface of the number with the strips. Allow the glue to dry and repeat with two more layers of newspaper. Be sure the finish is smooth.

4. Cover the number with another layer of glue and sprinkle with a dusting of glitter. You may need to allow the first layer of glitter to dry and repeat with a second.
